It’s Press Preview day where we interview the stars of the show and it was our pleasure to talk with Adrienne Barbeau, star of the tv show Maud and many others. It’s no secret that she is 69 years old and plays the grandmother in the show. What’s amazing is what great shape she’s in, hanging upside down flying from a trapeze for the first time.

It’s Press Day at the Broward Center for Motown the Musical. The Supremes cast members sang two songs for us as did the young Michael Jackson character. Afterwards we got to talk to the performers about their roles. We saw the show the night before and we were really excited to meet the actors because the show was amazing. Playing now through March 8, 2015.

Press day at the Broward Center where we get to interview the stars and hear them sing a few numbers just for us. Come along with us and get to know the actors in this short backstage video.  Hear how a 9 year old girl from Davie, Florida went to N.Y. to audition and won the part of Annie in this Broadway quality touring production.

AACTV went back stage during the PRESS PREVIEW to interview the stars of Ghost and get a first hand tour of the sets. The lighting and video walls were amazing and we get to see how it was all done.

Relive the iconic and magical moments from the Oscar-winning movie in a brand-new Broadway musical that takes you on a thrilling adventure to the afterlife. You will be amazed to see inanimate objects take on a life of their own, a person walk through a solid door right before your eyes and other special effects that will astonish.

Ghost The Musical features an original pop score from multiple Grammy Award-winners Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard and is adapted from the hit film by its Academy Award-winning screenwriter Bruce Joel Rubin. Ghost follows Sam and Molly, a young couple whose connection takes a shocking turn after Sam’s untimely death. Trapped between two worlds, Sam refuses to leave Molly when he learns she is in grave danger. Desperate to communicate with her, he turns to a storefront psychic who helps him protect Molly and avenge his death. Ghost The Musical is “eye-poppingly brilliant with glorious songs” (AP) and “one of the most adventurous and modern musicals ever seen.” (WOR Radio).

AMERICAN IDIOT

It was Press Day at the Broward Center for the opening of the musical American Idiot. Watch our video report. The cast sang a couple of numbers and then gave us interviews. Get to know the stars behind-the-scenes and hear how they got started in this entertaining show.
